1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping for our handcrafted rugs and accessories, including cushions and poufs, with the exception of certain restricted countries.
Shipping Process

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are carefully packed and shipped immediately after receipt of full payment.

Out-of-Stock & Made-to-Order Items: If an item is not in stock, estimated lead times are displayed on the product page. If you require confirmation, please contact us at info@ashtaricarpets.com.

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Production times vary based on the complexity of the design. As a general guideline:

Hand-knotted rugs: 14–24 weeks

Handloomed rugs: 9–16 weeks

Handwoven rugs: 8–14 weeks

Shipping Methods: We use a reliable courier service or cargo service to provide door-to-door delivery or delivery to the nearest port, based on the size and nature of the shipment.

Tracking Information: We provide tracking details for your shipment when available so you can monitor your order in transit.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production complexity, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Tailored Shipping Services
We understand that different customers have different shipping needs. We offer a range of specialized services:

White-Glove Delivery (Select Areas) – Customers within a 80 km radius of our store can benefit from white-glove delivery, which includes placement of the rug in the desired location and removal of packaging.

Expedited Shipping – If you require faster delivery, we can explore express shipping options upon request.
3. International Shipping & Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.

For non-EU shipments, we can provide a detailed shipping quote prior to delivery. Please contact us for more details.

We offer various Incoterms shipping options, including DAP (Delivered at Place), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), EXW (Ex Works),etc ... depending on the destination and customer preference. Please contact us to determine the best option for your shipment.

Larger projects or bulk orders may require tailored logistics solutions, including specialized handling, storage, and phased deliveries. We will work closely with our logistics partners to accommodate these needs efficiently.
4. Shipping Costs

Within the EU: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Outside the EU: We provide a custom shipping quote before processing your order.
5. Returns & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is accepted, any customs duties paid by the customer will not be reimbursed. Additionally, custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable, as they are specially made according to the customer's specifications.
