You can visit our showroom to explore our collection and choose a selection of rugs to try at home, or we can guide you through a virtual viewing via a video call.

How does it work
You are located within a 100 km distance from our Antwerp address
Spend €700 or more on a rug, and we'll bring up to 5 options right to your door! Just pick your favorites on our site or in-store and give us a call. We'll set up a time to visit and show you the rugs. We'll hold them for two days so you can make up your mind.
Collect in store / return to store
Want to pick up your rug? Great!
Just let our customer service know the item number ahead of time. We'll check if it's still available and set up a pickup. Bring your ID and pay a small deposit. If it's not what you expected, no worries, we'll refund you right away. We'll hold the rug for two days so no one else grabs it.
Your location is beyond our 100 km delivery area
Not near our showroom but love a rug?
Prepay and we'll bring it to you! See it in person first without committing. You'll have 14 days to return it, but please let us know within 2 days if you're happy. This helps us with our admin and saves us some money. We'll cover return shipping within the Benelux if you follow our rules. Our regular return policy still applies, just with a few tweaks.
