Sample Program – A Thoughtful & Sustainable Approach

At Ashtari Carpets, we understand the importance of seeing and feeling our rugs before making a decision. Our Sample Program ensures a seamless and sustainable way for clients to explore our collections while minimizing waste and unnecessary production.

How It Works

1. Ordering Samples from Our Online Store

  • If more than one sample of a reference is in stock, it can be ordered directly from our online store.
  • If only one sample of a reference is available, it cannot be ordered directly. Instead, clients can inquire about it and add it to their wishlist.

2. Sample Lending for Limited Stock Items

  • For samples that are not directly available, we offer a lending service.
  • Upon request, we will ship the sample to the client, who must return it to the same address after evaluation.
  • Shipping costs for one-way delivery are calculated at checkout. The client covers all shipping costs, which are fully refunded when a final order is placed.

3. Sustainability & Sample Returns

We are 100% committed to sustainability, and we kindly ask our clients to return samples when they are no longer needed. Producing samples is a costly and resource-intensive process, and reusing them helps reduce waste.

4. Large-Scale Projects & Permanent Sample Packs

  • For larger projects where permanent samples are required (e.g., architects, interior designers, or hospitality projects), we recommend reaching out to us directly via email.
  • This allows us to tailor our sample service to meet the specific needs of the project, ensuring efficiency and the best possible selection.
